本公司?產(chǎn)的PG系列濃配罐、稀配罐，設(shè)計合理、?藝優(yōu)、?動控制，符合國家GMP認證要求。罐體均采?立式雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)膽拋光Ra0 .45 外部采?鏡?板或磨砂板保溫，整體美觀。夾套內(nèi)可通蒸汽或冷卻水，滿??藝要求，夾套外填充保溫材料。內(nèi)罐體上下全部采?橢圓封頭，整體 光滑無死? ，攪拌采?立式偏心軸流攪拌，罐頂裝設(shè)人孔、進料? 、回流? 、消毒? 、清洗球，并裝設(shè)(0 .45μm)空?呼吸器，底部裝有進料?液位傳 感器探頭、側(cè)?裝設(shè)溫度計? 。備有控制柜操作，檢測藥液溫度并顯?、恒溫控制、檢測液位高度并顯?、提供上下限報警等功能。

The Pg Series Concentrated And Diluted Mixing Tanks Produced By Our Company Are Of Reasonable Design, Advanced Technology And Automatic Control, Which Fully Meet  The Requirements Of National Gmp Certi?cation. The Tank Body Adopts A Vertical Double-Layer Structure, The Inner Tank Is Polished Ra0 .45, And The Outer Surface Is Insulated With Mirror Panels Or Frosted Panels, Which Is Beautiful As A Whole. Steam Or Cooling Water Can Pass Through The Jacket To Meet The Process Requirements, And The Outer  Jacket Is Filled With Insulation Materials . The Upper And Lower Parts Of The Inner Tank Body Are All Elliptical Heads, And The Whole Is Smooth Without Dead Corners. The  Stirring Adopts Vertical Eccentric Axial Flow Stirring. The Top Of The Tank Is Equipped With A Manhole, Feed Port, Re?ux Port, Disinfection Port, Cleaning Ball, And (0 .45μm) Air  Respirator. The Bottom Is Equipped With A Feed Port Liquid Level Sensor Probe And The Side Is Equipped With A Thermometer Port. It Is Equipped With A Control Cabinet  Operation, Which Can Detect And Display The Temperature Of The Liquid, Constant Temperature Control, Detect And Display The Liquid Level, And Provide Upper And Lower  Limit Alarms.
